Though these mid-20th Century film promoters show expected signs of age appropriate wear, they are well suited for center space display. The majority of wear is attributable to decades old compacting folds, which in the case of the Ruth poster resulted in the aforementioned vertical split which runs along the center region. Additionally the Ruth poster has some light staining on the periphery which has negligible impact on the images and text. The Robinson poster has a small vertical split on the top center compacting fold and also has scattered pinholes which have minimal impact on this important piece of theatrical propaganda. Other than the above described conditions these gloriously colorful relics radiate attention grabbing excitement as designed by their genius advertising creators.
